Morgan B. Hayes is a sixth generation West Virginian dedicated
to providing professional and competent legal representation to
his clients. He started out his career representing the accused
as a public defender. Over the next several years, he worked in
the private sector, for himself in private practice, for a banking
institution, and for the State of West Virginia as an assistant
prosecutor. After successfully, representing corporations and
the government he took a different direction by going into private
practice focused on fighting for justice for individuals.
Assertively representing his clients and protecting their rights is
his steadfast commitment.
Morgan is married and devoted to his wife of ten (10) years and
has a seven (7) year old son.
